Lewis will explain which hot tub is suitable to your needs and you can even try one out. After purchase the delivery was seamless thanks to Kevin Murray and team. Thank you so much. We love our Topaz

My hot tub was serviced just the other day. Stu the engineer was polite, courteous and very cheery. I was amazed at how thorough a service actually is upon seeing this for the first time. Very greatfull for the free chemical delivery and the extended warrenty with the service.

A brilliant company providing excellent service from the moment we first visited their Stirling showroom to having the hot tub delivered and installed. Stuart in the showroom was very helpful and gave us advice and information that allowed us to settle on the model most appropriate for us and was not at all a 'pushy' salesperson. Kevin kept us advised regarding delivery and the whole installation team were very quick, efficient and tidy during delivery and installation. Will be continuing our relationship with them for ongoing servicing and advice.

I purchased a hot tub at the Stirling showroom, great service from Stuart. Delivery was smooth and I was informed of the date and the 4 x installers were great. Nothing was a problem. Lee was extremely helpful explaining everything and what was required to operate the tub efficiently.

Over all experience was good and customer service great.

I have had my hot tub since 2020 and I have been delighted with it. The customer service from Advanced Hot Tubs is outstanding. I get mine serviced every year and the guys are always friendly, professional and efficient. If you are looking for a company with great products, at a great price with excellent ongoing customer service......look no further!

Just had my annual service by Kevin’s team (4th one) and felt obliged to comment on the excellent service again. Having had the hot tub for 4 years we have always had great responses from the team, including a Christmas Eve response one year, and once again the service was thorough, efficient and professional.
It is not always the case that the ongoing after-care service is this good but I can certainly vouch for that with the team. Thanks again all.

Used Advanced hot tubs to move hot tub and heat pump from my neighbours garden to my garden as they had previously installed it.
The team arrived and made it look very easy as they are obviously very good at what they do.
The boys were very pleasant and very Knowledgable in doing their job. When up and running all operation and hot tub care was all fully explained to me.
Would'nt hesitate to Highly recommend Kevin and his team.

The team at Advanced came out last year and fixed an issue with my hot tub. Since then it has never caused me a days worry.
The one year service plan date was this week and the hot tub had its full service, drained, cleaned both inside, outside and the hot tub lid.
The pool was refilled and I was able to purchase new chlorine and PH as well
Thank you so much 5* and look forward to next year
Requesting details to go ahead with a heat source pump now as an investment

Bought our hot tub over 10 years ago and the service is and has always been amazing. All the guys are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is a problem. They have patience when explaining things, and are available on the phone, with any queries. Talking with Lee on his last visit and he could tell me everything he's done to the tub over the years. The team are all so knowledgeable. Thanks to Kevin and the team, keep up the good work. Totally a 5 star 🌟 service.

Absolutely 1st class company from start to finish. Walked in to a warm greeting from Lewis who went through all the hot tubs we were interested in & explained everything in detail without pressure sale gimmicks.Paid deposit & arranged installation date within 3wks. Lewis came out for the site Survey for Hi-ab. Delivery day came with Kev bringing the hot tub with Murray at hand to install it.
All went extremely well & Murray explained the workings etc down to a T & every tidied up. The after sales are 1st class with nothing ever being a hassle. If ur looking for a hot tub etc then Advance is the place to go.
Massive thanks to all the team it’s been a pleading business.
